Ofbiz Property Management know how

I am trying to research how room rental works in ofbiz, I am using ofbiz 11.04, I am not able to figure out following functionality
- Room booking
- Extend or check out room
- Room transfer, Room return
- how to complete the order

Is there any reference topics I can look at
