Ofbiz/Webslinger JPEG Image file upload issue

Hi I have come across JPEG Image file upload issue in application using Webslinger framework where issue is *.jpg file are getting uploaded as *.whtml file. The issue looks like non repeatable and occurring in certain scenario only. If anyone has faced similar issue or aware of webslinger functionality on image uploading then please let me know.
