Ofbiz basis - Centos installation guide & Tar ball

I am planning to install ofbiz on Centos 5.5 & looking for Tar .gz files instead of .zip for 10.0.4 version of ofbiz.  Please help with correct location of Tar & installation guide for Linux CentOS5.5
