Whenever we add a percentage discount it gets applied twice to each
quantity of the item and then once more. So the discount is always 2 x
quantity + 1. It happens whether we use Promo rule or pricing rule. What
would cause this?
Running latest stable version.
Occurs with demo data and custom data loaded on top of seed data.
