Order not persisting on add to cart

Hi,
 In the dafault installation of OFBiz, the order is saved into the database on the click of submit from final order review page. My concern is that this way if a user logs in and add few items to his cart and because of some reason doesn't continues and logs off. Next time he logs in, he sees empty cart which is a turn-off to the user.
Is there a way of persisting the OrderHeader and OrderItems so the user can see those even if the session expired?
