Outlook CSV contacts not importing correctly — any fix?

Whenever I import a CSV file into Outlook, all the fields get mixed up. Emails appear under phone numbers and vice versa. I’ve tried rearranging columns, but it still doesn’t map properly. Any working solution for this?
