It appears promotions are not implemented in POS. Can someone confirm this? Also, if anyone is interested in performing that work we could contribute some budget toward it.

It should work, pos uses the shopping cart just like regular orders.

I believe the store is setup correctly. The issue we are running into is that when we hit the promo button we just get a message that says "This is the Promo Window" rather than being prompted for a promo id.

That UI is not complete as you can see. As Scott said though the
underlying cart is the same as ecommerce so automatic promotions will take effect but entering promo Ids would require a little more work. Ray Vince M.
