Party Account Creation Notification Mail

There was a wrong/bad email address entered when creating a customer. The
system is trying to send the Party Account Creation Notification Mail

Apparently, since the email delivery was not successful, the system is
trying to resend it every two minutes. I have tried everything to stop it.
The only way I can stop it is to shut down OFBIZ.

Any ideas how I can clear this incessant problem?
