Party Id Exists Error

Hi,


Working opentaps9.2 version. After adding the cart, i am doing the checkout process as "GUEST USER". In the middle(i.e. after shipping address) if i come back and create the new customer account, it displays the following error:

         "Party with specified party ID exists and you do not have    permission to create a user login with this party ID. calling service createUserLogin in createPersonAndUserLogin calling service createPersonAndUserLogin in createCustomer "

This is the error when calling the "LoginEvents.java (createUserLogin)".

Anybody come across with this issue/ Knows the solution, help me this.
