 This is an SVN version and it might  be clear ur doubt

TortoiseSVN 1.4.5, Build 10425 - 32 Bit , 2007/08/26 11:14:13

 and the ofbiz version i find in keys file is Version: GnuPG v1.4.5 (Darwin)
in licence file i found this "The following libraries are licensed under the
Apache License Version 2.0"

http://docs.ofbiz.org/display/OFBADMIN/OFBiz+Source+Repository+and+Access
the svn does not use the numbering system you show.
also only code verified against the above svn are supported.
so if you can tell me what SVN number in the above your is at then we
can help.
the last number from the trunk is svn commit: r645279
