Press button ACCTG TRANS ENTRIES PDF cause exception

I use OFBiz 16.11.02, PostgreSQL 9.6.3, Windows 10 pro x64.

In screen: https://localhost:8443/accounting/control/paymentOverview?paymentId=demo10010

I press button
ACCTG TRANS ENTRIES PDF

then exception happen:

HTTP Status 500 - ERROR rendering error page [/error/error.jsp], but here is the error text: org.eclipse.birt.report.engine.api.EngineException: Error happened while running the report.
