Primary Parent Category cannot be changed

Hi,

I have created a new top category Umbrella [2027] in Demo .  And I decided to move the category under Demo Browse Root [CATALOG1].  I click "Choose Top Category" -> [2027] -> and fill in CATALOG1 in Primary Parent Category field.  Then I click "Choose Top Category" again, the [2027] is still in there.  How can I change the category under other category?
