Product Description and Long Description?

How are Long Description and Description entered for a Product?  There
doesn't seem to be a field for either of these.

You'll find them under Product -> Content

Hi James:

Once a product has been created, you may use the edit product content
features (content tab) located at:

https://localhost:8443/catalog/control/EditProductContent

Scroll down to the section titled: "Override Simple Fields" and you will
see "Product Description"/"Long Description".
