Product GL Accounts AND Product Category GL Account

Hi
 
I have been having a look at the accounts. I have been able to gain a fair understanding playing with the demo store.
 
It is not have any entries for Product GL Accounts AND Product Category GL Account..
 
I have not been able to work out what these entries do. Does anyone have any idea?

Hi Rees,

with ProductGlAccount you can map a specific product to a glAccountId;  
with the ProductCategoryGlAccount entity you can map all the products  
in that category to the same glAccountId

Thanks for responding. I am confused about the result of mapping a product with a glAccountId.
 
For example
I mapped Round Gizmo GZ-2644  with Accounts Receivable and [112000] UNDEPOSITED RECEIPTS 
I bought a  Round Gizmo.
I could not see any difference in the accounting transactions.
