Product content type

Hello everyone,
I am have been reviewing the ofbiz content manager app to see how can I create a content for a typical restaurant menu. I have looked briefly into content manage app but couldn't find any documentation.

Has anyone tried creating something similar that can be attached to the product? It would be great if you could direct me to the relevant documentation or steps in the application to follow, I am unable to find any documentation for creating custom content type. Thanks.
