Product details accessibility

Patrick Kariuki
A customer walks in to a retail store and requests to know the
availability of a particular part in stock and the unit price - which
is the simplest method for a sales representative using Ofbiz to
access this information?

this would depend on the configuration
if using the kiosk configuration, where they are using the ecommerce
interface, then they can do a product lookup.

if using POS then can do a product look up through it.

To check both the unit price and product stock quantity from the
CRMSFA module would mean I'd have to adjust the Orders to include the
quantity_included field.
