Product not found

Hello,

I've been able to create product and add to the inventory, but when I try to
create order using Order Manager Application an error comes - Product not
found, not adding to cart. [productId: Test] .

 I'm able to sell the same product using POS module. Can anyone knows the
reasons why the application is not able to find the product. Checked the
error log but no details in that also.
