Today, the National Student Financial Aid Scheme (NSFAS) attended the official launch of the National Science Week (NWS) which took place at the Tshwane University of Technolgy main campus, in Pretoria hosted by the Department of Science,Technology and Innovation SA (DSTI).
This year’s NWS is celebrated under the theme “Science, Technology and Innovation are for Everyone”.

Prof Blade Nzimande, Minister of the Department of Science, Technology and Innovation said no country can be able to develop unless it embraces science, technology and innovation.
“Part of embracing is what we are doing. But we also need to invest and find partnerships. We need government, industries and academia to be part of this.” Prof Nzimande added.
