AFAIK, that is the purpose of this special category.
Did you create category of PCCT_PURCH_ALLW type as well? Category of
this type must exist and your product not part of it to make it work
correctly. I would again suggest to read the Ofbiz business setup guide
again and again as you can find ans to your many question there.
