To convert OLM (Outlook for Mac) files to PST (Outlook for Windows) manually, you can follow these steps:
Export Emails from Outlook for Mac (OLM file):
a. Open Outlook for Mac on your Mac computer.
b. Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "Export".
c. Choose the "Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)" option and click "Continue".
d. Select the items you want to export (such as emails, contacts, calendar, etc.) and click "Continue".
e. Choose a location to save the exported OLM file and click "Save".
f. Wait for the export process to complete.
Transfer the OLM File to a Windows Computer:
Transfer the exported OLM file to a Windows computer using a USB drive, network sharing, or any other method you prefer.
Import OLM File into Outlook for Windows (PST file):
a. Open Outlook for Windows on your Windows computer.
b. Click on "File" in the menu bar and select "Open & Export", then choose "Import/Export".
c. In the Import and Export Wizard, select "Import from another program or file" and click "Next".
d. Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "Next".
