Regarding the first question I would point them to the various related
wikipedia pages and the pages in our wiki regarding features and how we do
stuff. Same goes for the second and the third.

Unless you want to go down the path of finding consensus on a constructed
text that is either:

   - to concise for some
   - to long winded for some
   - missing out all the important stuff for some.
   - etc.
