[RFC]Redundant Order Entities

Since OrderRole can be represented as an OrderItemRole with an empty
OrderItemSeqId and OrderContact can likewise be represented as
OrderItemContact with an empty OrderItemSeqId, can we deprecate (or
work to deprecate) these redundant entities?
