Hi All,
Currently when modifying rates the fromDate is set to nowTimestamp. And the
thruDate of the previous rate is set to a fraction earlier.
Shouldn't it be that rates always start at the earliest moment in time for
the date of nowTimestamp ( e.g. 2012-02-02 00:00:00.000) and the thruDate
of the previous rate should be at the latest moment in time for the
previous date (given the example: 2012-02-01 23:59:59.000)?
I am looking at improving this.
