I committed your patch, plus a few other things, including those you
mention above.
Open issues as I see them:
*) root needs to create accounts for people with processed iCLA's.
*) Waiting for Si's iCLA to be processed.
*) OFBiz mailing list admins need to coordinate via the open JIRA
issue on transferring the mailing list membership files to the ASF
admins.
*) Waiting on iCLA's for people you have contacted regarding past contributions.
*) I need to ask for the SVN trunk to be created, although it's not
that useful without accounts...
*) Transferring JIRA doesn't appear to be a simple operation.
Atlassian might be of some help here?
