I removed it at r1806232 with this comment

Removes the pmc folder and its only content ofbiz.rdf
This file is now at
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/comdev/projects.apache.org/data/committees/
which is the norm
I'm not sure of the possible other implications of this change
Please check if you know any.

I just reverted the remove at r1806355  with this comment

Reverts r1806232, it's needed "by"[hidden email]  see:https://s.apache.org/0n8x
A copy now exits at comdev\projects.apache.org\data\committees
I asked on com dev why we need both :/ :https://s.apache.org/ECIO

Jacques, are you sure it is the norm?
As far as I remember, there are two options to publish the PMC rdf file:
one is by keeping it into the comdev folder (out of our project svn) and
the other is by maintaining it in our svn space and adding a reference to
it from the comdav space.
The latter is the one that was adopted by OFBiz because it makes it easier
to all the committers to edit it.

Hi Jacopo,

I was unsure about this norm, I said that because apart OFBiz only flex and tez are using this way so I thought it was an old way and we should follow.

OK I will change the reference in comdev\projects.apache.org\data\committees.xml and remove the file there

Thanks

Jacques
