The only suggestions I have are to make the Quality Check so it can be
added to agreements. Then look up the agreements for that supplier.
the Agreements could have which parts would fall under the quality check.
Probably tie into the Project manager and workeffort to create your
quality check plan, and add the pertinent entities to handle the QFC.
you might also consider using the dataresource and electronictext for
some of the QFC that are tied into Automated testing, or calling up spec
sheets.
For a time in my history I was a QFC inspector for a air craft Company.
