Hi Jacques, I will set you as the owner as soon as migration finishes. It still needs a few hours to complete, which can be seen from this page: http://n4.nabble.com/OFBiz-f135035.subapps.html It will be completed when fours sub-forums are listed (dev, users, commits and announce). I will let you know when things are ready for you. ______________________________________ View message @ http://n2.nabble.com/Please-Migrate-Apache-OFBiz-forums-to-Nabble2-tp1657283p3808462.html To unsubscribe from Re: Please Migrate Apache OFBiz forums to Nabble2, click http://n2.nabble.com/subscriptions/Unsubscribe.jtp?code=dXNlckBvZmJpei5hcGFjaGUub3JnfDM3OTk0NTF8MTgwODgwNTgwNQ== |

Hello Hugo,
Thanks for your quick turn around on this. I would be more then happy to assist Jacques in managing stuff at nabble. If it is doable and not too much difficult then can you please add me as a *second* Moderator in Nabble for OFBiz project? Thanks! -- Ashish On Tue, Oct 13, 2009 at 5:57 AM, Hugo <Nabble> (via Nabble) < [hidden email] <ml-user%[hidden email]>>wrote: > > > > Hi Jacques, the migration is complete and you are now the owner of those > forums. > > ______________________________________ > View message @ > http://n2.nabble.com/Please-Migrate-Apache-OFBiz-forums-to-Nabble2-tp1657283p3811654.html > > To unsubscribe from Re: Please Migrate Apache OFBiz forums to Nabble2, > click > http://n2.nabble.com/subscriptions/Unsubscribe.jtp?code=dXNlckBvZmJpei5hcGFjaGUub3JnfDM3OTk0NTF8MTgwODgwNTgwNQ== > |

Is there any way we could get the nabble2 emails to come from the same address every time? Or does anyone know of a trick to get the mailing list to allow by pattern? So far I've had to moderate through every message coming through nabble since the nabble2 change over (hence the delays)... The from addresses are always funny things like the one on this message: "<[hidden email]>" -David On Oct 13, 2009, at 10:09 PM, Ashish Vijaywargiya (via Nabble) wrote: > > > > Thanks Jacques & Hugo for your help - Much appreciated! > > -- > Regards > Ashish Vijaywargiya > > ______________________________________ > View message @ http://n2.nabble.com/Please-Migrate-Apache-OFBiz-forums-to-Nabble2-tp1657283p3820616.html > > To unsubscribe from Re: Please Migrate Apache OFBiz forums to > Nabble2, click http://n2.nabble.com/subscriptions/Unsubscribe.jtp?code=dXNlckBvZmJpei5hcGFjaGUub3JnfDM3OTk0NTF8MTgwODgwNTgwNQ== |

Hi David,
I have asked Hugo, but I guess it was because thes message were sent from a thread out of OFBiz forums. Or do you have to do the same things for messages sent from Nabble OFBiz forums to user ML ? Hi Jacques, thanks for your message. The email format described by David belongs to the Nabble subscription code. As you may know, our forums (and other apps) have a built-in mailing list that allows people to post/receive messages by email. The problem is that people in your list are using this subscription (which is totally independent of the OFBiz mailing list) to post and receive messages. So there is a mix of messages and addresses travelling through the OFBiz mailing list. If the OFBiz mailing list sends emails to all subscribers (is this true?), then people shouldn't use our own build-in mailing subscription (they should send emails directly to the main list, not to the Nabble server). In this case, you should unsubscribe everyone from the Nabble list (Options > Users > Manage subscribers) because they are probably confused about these two subscriptions (you may ask them if they are receiving two copies of each email - one sent by the OFBiz list and one sent by the Nabble build-in list). We have talked about this internally at Nabble in the past, and I guess this is a good example of why these two subscriptions shouldn't be available together. I will talk to the team again and see what we can do to prevent this problem in the future. Please let me know if you have questions, comments or concerns. ______________________________________ View message @ http://n2.nabble.com/Please-Migrate-Apache-OFBiz-forums-to-Nabble2-tp1657283p3825847.html To unsubscribe from Re: Please Migrate Apache OFBiz forums to Nabble2, click http://n2.nabble.com/subscriptions/Unsubscribe.jtp?code=dXNlckBvZmJpei5hcGFjaGUub3JnfDM3OTk0NTF8MTgwODgwNTgwNQ== |

Hi Hugo,
From: "Hugo <Nabble> (via Nabble)" <[hidden email]> > Hi Jacques, thanks for your message. The email format described by David > belongs to the Nabble subscription code. It seems that this was not a problem with Nabble 1. Some people were sending mails from OFBiz Nabble forums but we didn't have to moderate them. If I have well understood David, the address was always the same and now it changes at every email. >In this case, you should unsubscribe > everyone from the Nabble list (Options > Users > Manage subscribers) because > they are probably confused about these two subscriptions (you may ask them > if they are receiving two copies of each email - one sent by the OFBiz list > and one sent by the Nabble build-in list). Yes, that's correct. With the older version of nabble the messages came through just fine and now they are all getting caught in moderation. -David On Oct 14, 2009, at 10:36 PM, Jacques Le Roux wrote: > Hi Hugo, > > From: "Hugo <Nabble> (via Nabble)" <ml-user > +[hidden email]> >> Hi Jacques, thanks for your message.
