Not sure yet why this happens now on Buildbot

Caused by: java.net.UnknownHostException: jcenter.bintray.com: Name or service not known

Works locally and worked for https://ci.apache.org/builders/ofbizTrunkFrameworkPlugins/builds/1

Launched another build from IRC, let's see...
