for using ManagePortalPages in webapp which its main-decorator as two
columns, has left and right child screen, the css will don't work. I think
ManagePortalPages should use with CommonPartyDecorator.

A css problem doesn't dictate what decorator should be chosen, why not  
just wrap the screen in a no-clear styled container?  The portal pages  
are intended to embedded in applications and it makes no sense to  
require a specific decorator.

I've changed it back in r883900 and wrapped the body section in a no-
clear container, if you or Hans see any issues let me know and I'll  
look into it.
