hi everybody,
i saw the IDE recommended page here https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/OFBIZ/Eclipse+Tips and i'm downloading eclipse luna for j2ee. is it the right one or do i have to download another one or some other tools/integrations from the download page of eclipse? thanks Davide |
If you are going to use Eclipse, I recommend the STS from the Spring guys.
It is Eclipse already loaded with all the plug-ins that you need for Java.(maven, SVN, Git, Mylyn, etc.) Saves a lot of time chasing and debugging compatible plug-ins and when you want to update, you just download and install and go back to work. Made Eclipse fun again. I recently switched over to IntelliJ. It's not free, but it's a dream
