Relation between PhysicalInventory and InventoryItemVariance

Hi

PhysicalInventory and InventoryItemVariance have a one to many relation. But the data created from "Physical Inventory” page is really one to one.
Have I missed some feature? Or the OFBiz is really use it as a one to one relation?
