Remove of POS application from OFBiz 13.07

ericnk
Hi,

Can someone tell me why the POS application was removed from the special
purpose section in the OFBiz 13.07 branch?  Has it been abandoned?  I
checked out the OFBiz 13.07 release branch and I don't see it anywhere.
I look forward to any reply on this subject. Thanks.

Hi Eric,

You can checkout POS from trunk. The community in an effort to reduce
clutter is going through a slimdown of the code base and hence most of the
specialpurpose components are not shipped with 13.07 but are available on
trunk.

Simply check it out from trunk: http://ofbiz.apache.org/source-repositories.html, put it in specialpurpose and update required files to load the component

What is actually your problem? Here I was able to put an order from the POS w/o issues.

What I did:
1) checked out the pos component from trunk outside of the R13.07 release
2) exported it under specialpurpose/pos
3) edited the necessary files, here is the patch
