HI,
While doing some Jiras I thought that, after last Taher's work on plugins, one day we will need to rename the specialpurpose components in Jira. For that I guess we should better wait that all released versions use this mechanism, right? Jacques |
Hi Jacques
Aren't we going to need them both active at the same time ? (so am not sure if a simple rename will work.) Hi Sharan,
Yes you are right, but having tons of components is maybe not a good idea for UX. I suggest that we remove the prefix/es (either plugins or/and specialpurpose), et voilà :) Agreed all? So do you mean instead of 'specialpurpose/birt' just 'birt' ? Done,
I removed appserver and pos only in R14.12 now Kept specialpurpose/googlebase and specialpurpose/googleCheckout but I think they should be removed also, same for specialpurpose/oagis Jacques Le 31/01/2017 à 11:54, Jacques Le Roux a écrit : > Hi Sharan, > > Yes you are right, but having tons of components is maybe not a good idea for UX. > > I suggest that we remove the prefix/es (either plugins or/and specialpurpose), et voilà :) > > Agreed all? > > Jacques > > > Le 31/01/2017 à 11:13, Sharan Foga a écrit : >> Hi Jacques >> >> Aren't we going to need them both active at the same time ?
