Renaming three links in the left bar of the OFBiz site main page

What about renaming the following items in the left bar of the OFBiz
site main page?

"Apache OFBiz - Jira (Issue Tracker)" --> "Issue Tracker (Jira)"
"SVN (Source Repository)" --> "Source Repository (SVN)"
"Old Jira (Issue Tracker)" --> "Old Issue Tracker (Jira)"
