Retriving the statusId form WorkEffort table against quoteId in QouteWorkEffort

Hi
There are two tables one is QuoteWorkEffort and WorkEffort
QuoteWorkEffrot Contains quoteId and workEffortId
workEffort containd workEffort
 
I want to
retriving the statusId form WorkEffort table against quoteId in QouteWorkEffort
quoteId:workEffortId::workEffortId:statusId

Result: quoteId  <--------------> statusId
