Dear Friends,

Greetings .

I was planning to integrate the Royal Mail Despatch Express (RMSE) with ofbiz.
I have to integrate the RMSE for UK zone.

Just got a query before starting the work on this

Does the implementation of RMSE pre-exists in ofbiz?
If not then how shall i start?
Am i supposed to create a JIRA issue for the same?
Also need your valuable suggestion & advice on implementation approach.

Are you aware that Despatch Express is being depreciated and Royal Mail Desptach Manager Online is the replacement platform.
