SFA Event Error

Hi All when I add new event using SFA it displays the following error... The Following Errors Occurred: Exception thrown while performing entity find: [GenericDelegator.findOne] Passed primary key is not a valid primary key: [GenericEntity:CommunicationEventWorkEff][communicationEventId,10004(java.lang.String)] I am very to ofBiz and SFA so I can't understand the error. Please help!!! Thanks Vikas
