SSL - site partially encrypted

Hi everyone,

I am currently facing the problem of a site (ecommerce) that is only partially encrypted. The reason for that seems to be the jsessionid that is http-only. Can someone give me a hint where to look to fix that.

Any idea would be appreaciated.
