SVN Rev 534047 - Party Manager Find Party change

 From the commit log:

"Made a small change so that the partyId and userLoginId will be treated as
possible partial IDs and used for a search; left a comment in there about how to
change it back with an onchange attribute"

I agree that we need the ability to list partial matches. But at the same time,
it was very convenient to just type in an ID and hit Enter to jump right to the
profile page.

So, instead of making this an either/or implementation, how about we add another
button so we can have both?

I suggest having three buttons:

1. Lookup Party button put back to the way it was - click the button or hit
Enter to jump right to the view profile page.
2. Add a Find Matching Parties button that performs the partial match search.
3. Show All Records - unchanged.

What do you think?
