SVN availability of new open source OFBiz module

Hello,
   I'm writing to let you know of the first availability of a new
open-source OFBiz module (named for the IETF WG at
http://tools.ietf.org/wg/ltans ) for creating financial instruments
from information, tentatively named "archive fiduciary media".  The
SVN source is at
https://svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/infoeng/trunk/ltans - feel free to
