Screen format for Order Menu missing or changed..?

Hi

I've just been on the Hotwax demo and noticed that when you select the Order tab from the main menus - the screen formatting has disappeared. Has the template been changed recently?

would say the commonscreens.xml did not get transfered.
the CSS is not in the file.
I see there are errors in the log.

Can't see any problem this morning both on my local instance and on HWM demo server
