Screen not complete

Jacques Le Roux
Administrator
Hi,

I don't know if I'm the only one to see that, but sometimes some screens are not completly rendered I have to hit F5 (FF) to have it
complete. It could be my FF config, just checking if someone has the same...

The weird stuff is that If I look at the HTML source, it's complete, certainy my config :/

Thanks

Jacques

Hi Jacques,

I've got the same problem sometimes. Happens in the catalog main page,
and some other places, but can't remember where !

Thanks Erwan,

Yes it's mostly in the Catalog main page. Only in FF so far though... even with a cleaned config...

Adrian Crum-3
It might be helpful to know if the problem exists only with certain themes.

Re: Screen not complete

Pierre TALLOTTE
I reproduce it with blue-light too with Firefox. There is no problem with Chromium.

But when you disable the JS on Firefox, there is no problem. I already have this kind of problem with Firefox and I had to return with an old version. Now I have the problem with Firefox 3.6.13 (I don't try with other version).

Thanks Pierre,

This will certainly help (to move to Chrome? ;o)

I don't reproduce in safe mode, so it's a plugin issue or something like that

Re: Screen not complete

Pierre TALLOTTE
I disabled all plug-ins (with the safe-mode option) and the problem occurs again.

Yes I confirm, I was wrong 1st time. It only works correctly in Chrome, Opera and Safari

Re: Screen not complete

Bruno Busco
This seems related to the new category tree (jQuery).
I commented the categorytree out from the leftbar screen and the issue never
happens.

I'd not be surprised, someone says the same on user ML. But is it on how we use it?
