Setting emptySessionPath in ofbiz-containers.xml

Has anyone had any success setting emptySessionPath in an ofbiz
instance.  Our path is still showing up as the application
(Path=/ecommerce) after setting this flag, and we recently upgraded to
the latest version of tomcat.
