Short question about the architecture

Hi all,

a short question, because at the moment I'm writing my degree
dissertation about Apache OFBiz.

Is it right when I say, that OFBiz is build after the MVC2 model ? The
Model-View-Control model which is responsible for HTTP-Requests and
HTML-Responses ?

There are some descriptions of patterns used in OFBiz on some of the  
documents, like:
