Si Chen's tool for clearing database

I can't find the forum reference to a tool or tools for clearing the
opentaps database content, mentioned by Si Chen.

Does the WebTools item for removing the OfBiz tables do the same thing,
or does it drop all the tables rather than clearing the data content?
