Singapore Airlines Bali Office, and we were quite pleased with the service. We chose to visit the office after experiencing some issues with the online check-in. We were shown respect as soon as we walked in. The woman behind the desk paid close attention to what we had to say and immediately resolved the issue. She also gave us some really useful advice on what to know when we go to Singapore. The office was quiet and well-kept, which I appreciated. It was simple to relax and avoid tension. Everyone was professional and smiling. We were lucky to have such excellent assistance and were quite pleased. As a result of this experience, I will always suggest Singapore Airlines.
