Slow JIRA

Just letting anyone else who might be experiencing the same problem know
that JIRA seems to be running slower than normal since yesterday.  This
caused me to create OFBIZ-6426 as a duplicate of OFBIZ-6425.  For patch
OFBIZ-6422 I received an error message that the upload didn't succeed
but saw that it actually did after refreshing the page.  Its probably
best to check that operations do in fact fail before trying to initiate
them again to prevent further duplicates while JIRA isn't performing as
usual.

I suffered this also yesterday evening, then this morning http://status.apache.org/ said it was clear; I see the same than yesterday evening there
now, so they are still on it...
