Strange text fragment in the wiki about loading or saving data.

It needs a lot of work to get to a useful state.
The title talks about saving data but the text appears to talk about
loading data.

It says nothing about how to prepare the data.

Is this a useful piece at all or should it be dropped and all
information about loading external data or interfacing to external
systems be consolidated here.
