First set:
Download the QuickBooks Tool hub.
Open and install the downloaded file.
On the QuickBooks Tool app, select Program Problems.
Click Quick Fix my Program.
Second set:
Go to Start.
Select Control Panel.

From the list of applications, select QuickBooks.
