Tax authority is not availble for provided Tax Authority Party and Tax Authority Geo.

I am having trouble to assign tax info to a supplier. I get the error message as in Subject line.
That id what I did:
(1) I setup tax authority Spain  ESP_AT and assigned its role as tax authority
(2) I setup a supplier and assigned its role as supplier
(3) whn in tab 'TAX INFO' of the supplier, I chose from the drop-down windows
 Tax Auth Geo ID: Province: [ES-B] Barcelona
 Tax Authority Party; ESP_AT
Is exempt; No
Is Nexus: No

And then this error message pops up: Tax authority is not availble for provided Tax Authority Party and Tax Authority Geo.

What am I missing?

Never mind... just fixed it. Just for hre ones who run into the same problem. I made a mistake when creating up the tax authority in
Accounting > Tax Authority.
Field Geo refers to the Regional tax authority [ES-B]. I had set [ES] for Spain.
